Not Trump's EconomyWho's to blame for the stock market drop? Peterffy told CNBC, "if the Democrats take only the House," the founder of Interactive Brokers said, "the market could face a 2% or 3% decline in equity values." For the last couple of years, there have been a lot of people who have said that this is still the Obama economy. Now, they are saying that Trump’s economy that has finally kicked in. This is the third time that they've made the mistake of saying this, only this time the downturn in the NYSE and NASDAQ has been prolonged enough, so that they're hedging their bets that it keeps falling. People are concerned and it's legitimate to be concerned about Trump entering into a war with his own Federal Reserve. Specifically because if the Fed has as much power as most people think they do, they can collapse the economy fairly quickly by raising interest rates. Here's the funny part. The Fed and all of these economists are coming out and saying that the economy is strong enough so that they can raise interest rates and it's not a problem. In other words, they 're saying that over eight years of Obama, when they left interest rates alone over and over and over again, they didn't have confidence in the economy? So, in other words, all of these leading economists, and indeed the Fed itself and the Democrats are trying to say that they did not have faith in the Obama economy? They do however have overestimated faith, it seems, in the Trump economy.

It's time to talk about Manifest Observable Bullcrap, which is basically what Patreon and CEO Jack Conte have delved into, and about them making a response. Finally, and belatedly. They probably shouldn't have bothered with a response at this point in the Sargon of Akkad debacle. The response that Patreon has made seems completely tone deaf in a number of ways. Number one, they don't even address the fundamental question that Sargon has. Which is why does their Terms of Service, at least in the past, not explicitly have anything to do with offsite behavior? Number two, why won't they even address the concept of Manifest Observable Behavior being lacking in this situation which was clearly satirical, if taken in proper context? Number three, when are they actually going to address the fact that users who have not broken any TOS, and are not suspected to have broken any TOS, who use their site as the content creater's main form of income (or at least a major form of income) have hemorrhaged money. They've lost almost of all of their income. Income they were making on Patreon's site. Income that goes towards their student loans, it goes towards rent, it goes towards the office supplies, taxes and everything else. It seems a little bit tone deaf for Patreon not to even bother to tell them, "Yes, we understand your concern and yeah we're trying to do better." Something, anything. Isn't it obvious with the amount of money that they must have lost as a site. What proportion of the site's income is now disappeared? They've got multiple larger users, like Sam Harris, one of their top users, is now gone. Jordan Peterson is one of their top users as well, and Dave Rubin, both of them are considering leaving or may have already left in the last 24 hours. Tim Pool as well. They're likely to lose a substantial portion of their income over this. Manifest Observable BehaviorJack Conte describes Manifest Observable Behavior with Dave Rubin on the Rubin Report. They're going to have no choice but to leave, whether they liked Patreon's service or not. Even people that don't care about politics, and might even think Sargon is a Nazi or something, when they see their donations dry up because people are hemorrhaged off the platform when the platform begins collapsing or becomes insolvent, that's going to affect. them. What are all these "woke" progressives that use the site to make money going to think? When they're no longer able to raise money on the site. Because there's no one using it and Patreon is is continuously on the edge of the cliff overlooking a steep drop. Sam Harris, Jordan Peterson, Dave Rubin and Tim Pool have left Patreon, in response to Sargon of Akkad ban.
